Return Policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking fees are as follows:

  • Atlas 2- $200 
  • Atlas Edge- $100
  • Accessories- $25
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or shipping fulfillment center you may have received your item from. A return address will be provided to you once the return process has been started.

We reserve the right to offer a partial refund if the item is found to be outside of its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or misplaced by couriers.

Refunds 

If applicable, a refund will be issued once your return is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected due to any of the reasons listed above.

If your refund has been approved, we will process your refund to the card the purchase was made with. Refunds will take 7-10 business days depending on your banking or financial institution. If you have still not received your refund, please reach out to your banking or financial institution to inquire on its status.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, we will not offer refunds on sale items.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
